- The weather looks like improving which means I can take the pram out some more.
- My family have stayed healthy and are enjoying the extra time together walking and cooking.
- We have discovered a walking track around the creek which is pram friendly and 6km's long.
- I have enlisted the help of my loving husband who is now also helping with the pram pushing- which means an increased pace in the walking!
- My knee is continuing to hang in there despite the conditions it has been put under. I promise knee- you will not have to keep moving with this much weight upon you soon.
And of course... I had a loss this week! 0.6kgs which brings my new total to 3.1kg.
If you didn't catch the last entry- I will be combining the Sept total of 2.5 to the October total for the first collection/donation to World Hope Australia who is working on a project to remove children as young as 4 or 5 from the sex trafficking industry in Cambodia. This is one of the reasons I get up and moving every day- so I can make a difference to children that we don't see or hear about. So please leave a message of support on the bottom of this blog and pledge a donation so I know that it is worth it and that I am doing a good job!
